Ordered an 8 piece wing and got the smallest boneless wings I have ever seen. Barely bite-sized. Rip-off.

Terrible experience. Ordered delivery, was never picked up. Blamed it on doordash, who blamed it on them. Had to pick my order... up myself after 1.5 hours it was cold and i had paid $10 in delivery and tip. Talked to the manager, said he couldnt help andput me on hold indefinitely. Will never used this location again. Read more

I went to this location to pick-up dinner for my sister and my brother in law. I placed to the order the evening before to... pick-up at 4:30 pm. When I arrived at this location it took them 10 minutes to find the receipt with my order. Then when I askedhow long for the order to be ready they said they were preparing it right now. None of the employees preparing food had theremasks over there mouth and nose. It took a total of 25 to 30 minutes beyond my pickup time for everything to be done. The redhead female employee is highly incompetent and severely under-qualified for fast food industry. Doesn't double check... orders before handing out, she does not provide a print receipt so save yourself the hassle and make sure to save your onlinemobile order for reference. The WORST restaurant! The fountain drinks taste like chemicals, I told one of the employees and she said so many costumers have... said the same but the manager doesn?t want to do anything about it. Also, the seasoning of the fries has SUGAR!! Are you kiddingme? Probably a lot of people like that, but at least ask the costumer before cause sugar on French fries is not normal. I askedthem to change my fries and they took out some of them on the top and left the other ones. HORRIBLE experience. Ps. Wings arejust ok. Read more

My review is solely based on the customer service received by the Robert, the manager. I received a delivery order I placed on... the Wingstop website. And an item was missing, which I can understand. Sometimes things happen. But when I called the store theresolve the issue for a refund on something I didn't get or have it delivered again. Well that is not what happen. Robert tellsme to pick up the fries, and continues to tell me the order is not in their system. But then how did I get my food, if it's notin your system?! Instead of trying to resolve the situation, Robert decides to hang up. So I had to call back, and Robertdecides to push off this problem to another manager that will (maybe) call back the following morning. And not once did heapologize. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this ill-mannered so called 'manager,' ROBERT. Read more

WHERE IS MIGUEL?!!! I used to like going to this location, but it certainly changes a lot for the worse whenever Miguel, one of... the managers, is not there (Not sure if he?s still there, but he makes the place run like clockwork). I placed my order onlineone hour ahead, when I showed up to pick it up, the guy charged me first and then said it wasn?t ready and I would have to waittwenty minutes. I waited fifty minutes! And then to make things worse, they burnt the bread and shoved it all in a container(look at pictures). Read more
