I am giving the establishment a four because after all the situation in the end of these paragraphs did occur but the way they... handled it however is superior.. The management acted swiftly and took seriously the comment I made here in this forum. They aretaking food safety seriously and they are reevaluating the framework and structure of their management team. It is of thehighest importance that food safety is Paramount in the delivery of food to a community that has high expectations for safety.The concern was as stated in the next paragraph and it was rectified in less than 24 hours. I'm impressed with the management ofthis store. And those other stores within this portfolio. ...served my son and me raw chicken sandwiches and when I complainedto let them know that they were serving undercooked chicken and when I say undercooked I mean the kind of gray pink that itlooks like when it comes out of the refrigerator, completely raw he didn't care that my child threw up he didn't ask how we werefeeling and he didn't ask to see what he could do. Order food an a drink and when throwing out the ice of my drink I see a fly stuck to the a piece of ice. Clean your machine... disgusting. When I called the store and ask to speak with the manager the person who answered ask why so I said I NEED TO SPEAKTO THE MANAGER and again asked why, why do you care I said I need to speak to the manager. When speaking to him he said whedon't have flies in our store. I guess one can't get in. I'm still very upset ???? Read more

Avoid the wait inside and just order through their app and make sure you choose the location correctly and you won?t be... disappointed! This is my favorite location because their chicken is always fresh and hot in temperature. They?re usually busy onweekdays with school kids and deliveries. It?s spacious and clean! My only complain is for some reason they always seem to havethe trash bin inside with them behind the counter hiding. I?ve seen customers walk out with their trash. There?s a trash binoutside so, no big deal, but still not cool! Read more
Nice service at the counter when I arrived to pickup tonight. I liked that the website ordering system was easy. The food was... ready quick and when it said it would be. I ordered a 15 pc. combo. Half original hot and half mango habanero. Came with largefries and 2 dipping sauces, and 2 drinks for only $22. Good deal. The order was accurate and warm still. Cool Coke freestyle popmachine. Okay so first of all, I ordered through door dash. 20 boneless wings and they just give me 10 boneless wings. My order had honey... mustard spilled ALL over the bag and everything. My fries weren?t well done and had no parmesan seasoning that I wanted. Top itoff they said we have to pick it up ourselves or they can just credit us. Of course I?m going to pick it up I spent $30.
