received half my order . Customer service was horrible . Food was cold once was picked up . Called the store and kept getting... sent on hold . 5 times on hold and was far away from the location once I noticed half my order was missing and wrong . They letanother customer cut in front of me when I was first and I think they were good friends . And Wingstop service website sucks .Unbelievable experience I?ve ever had . Horrible customer service. I ordered 60 boneless wings and 3 order of fries for a social gathering. The staff handed me a bag... and I asked if that was my whole order, which she replied yes. I wasn?t convinced that was my whole order. Upon checking Inoticed that I was missing 20 wings. They completely forgot to include 1/3 of my order. 20 wings. I let them know and theyhanded me a second bag back with 4-5 minutes. I made the mistake of not checking it and when I arrived home I noticed that therewere 12 wings only. Ordered from this Wingstop online for delivery. Order never arrived. Called and I was told that they use Doordash and that I... had to call Doordash as they are not responsible. Called Doordash and they said that because it pay paid through Wingstop,Wingstop will need to reimburse me. Called Wingstop and they stop answering my call. If you are calling for delivery, beware,this is a shady business. Worst Wingstop ever! Read more
Very dirty. Even according to pre-pandemic standards. More so now that the world is more aware of cleanliness. There was... literally just garbage around. The restaurant was empty, so it?s not like there was too much going on to stop the staff fromcleaning. Also, when we walked in, the firms behind the counter were both eating behind the counter, masks down, phones in hand.Then they placed there phones on a food prep table. Where food goes. ?Dissatisfied with the conditions? doesn?t cut it. Also,the girls looked at us while they are for a solid 2 minutes before approaching us to take our order. It was just weird stuff.
