If I could rate this place 0 I would. If you can go to another wingstop location, just do it and save your money. The management... here is terrible (if he even WAS the manager?) and was completely disrespectful over the phone. I ordered the 20 boneless comboand one of my portions wasn?t tossed in any sauce. When I called about the issue, rather than offering a solution, the managertold me he couldn?t do anything for me and then hung up on me, and didn?t seem to care about it. I get working in the restaurantindustry can suck, (been there) but I paid for my food and deserve to get what I ordered. Never ordering here again and Ireported him as well. First time I ordered here, they forgot to toss the wings in sauce. I decided to give them another chance. Second time I ordered... here, they gave me a 20 minute ETA for pickup. 80 minutes later, I'm still waiting. I'll just go to BW3 next time. DO NOT ORDERFROM HERE! Read more
Wish I could rate 0 stars. Currently sitting in the restaurant. Horribly mismanaged. The workers don?t understand English to the... point where it?s a problem. They?re giving wrong takeout orders to people. People are bringing in wrong orders they left thestore with, the workers are figuring out who?s order it was, and then giving the same food to them. They also said they were toobusy to refund his order. Please shut this place down. I write this while waiting for the 10 wings I ordered 30+ minutesago. Edit: Got home and, thankfully, got what I ordered. However, the fries we're so under-done they were inedible. Read more
Rude service! I ordered ahead and when I arrived after my ready time and the young man told me a 5 minute wait. 10 minutes... passed so I checked in with him again and he then shouted 6 more minutes sorry it?s nothing I can do the fryers were off and hepreceded to continue his phone conversation while we waited more than 6 minutes for our food.
