The lady at front desk is intolerant, hysterical and aggressive. It is obvious that Wingstop doesn?t care about customers... reviews. Most of the reviews are complaints about the attitude of this girl and she is still there. Amazing? Read more

This wingstop has the worse management, they kept on having me on hold over 10 minutes when I ordered online. I only called so... they can get my order right, since there has always been an issue. I asked to speak to a manager because she was giving me ahard time extremely rude, her name is jasmine ? and apparently she?s the only person in charged. & I know theres an actual storemanager, not an assistant . She said she?s the only person in charged. I used to be a store manager i know how they run. I?vebeen going to this location since they have opened for YRS. 11/1/22 @ 6:50 pm. Read more

Place served me a raw chicken sandwich which after two bites made me sick made my husband drive back to take them the sandwich... for a refund and then when he got there told him the cook said it was well done when it was super rubbery and not edible andrefused to refund him the money back. This place is a joke don?t eat here. Read more

Terrible experience tonight( 1/11/22 placed my order @11pm) and honestly wish I could say it was the first time but today it was... just a bit much. A female by the name of jazmine took my order over the phone and was completely rude from the very second I goton the phone, I go to wing stop at least once a week and you?d think they would treat regulars better. When we picked up ourfood we questioned who was still owning the location because last of my understand it was Seth but I was and still unsure, butthe employee(jazmine) looked at me like she didn?t even know what the word owner meant and I quote said ?we don?t have one ofthose we only have a manager?. Clearly there is a breakdown in training and it needs to be rectified. Read more
