Have been calling since September 13 about a refund. Both girls were rude on the phone and tried not to offer me a refund. They... talked to the manager and they say I will receive a refund within 7-10 days. It?s goes by and still no refund for food that wasNOT picked up. I call past the 10 days leave my name and number and the girl says their manager will call me and that was onSeptember 23. Today is October 11, still no call or refund. Restaurant is short staffed but my hat tips off to the 4 staff members keeping it open and running today. My order was hot and... ready on time and even though some customers were rude the girl behind the counter getting the orders ready still managed to benice and courteous. The boy handling the register and taking orders was also very nice and the older man getting the chickenready and the boy cooking it all worked together nicely. Read more

What an amazing place, from when I place the order on the app until I had it in my hands, was a total of 10 minutes. Talk about... efficiency, the staff was friendly and amazing as well! Horrible horrible cuatomer, I called to get a credit on a 52oz drink that didn't come with my order. The driver told me he asked... od their was drinks in my order and they told him no. My call was places on hold 3 different times each time I was on hold from7 to 9 minutes then my call was hung up. When Rosalia answered and I explained why I was calling and I was upset about beingplaced on hold 3 times and my call being hung up she had a attitude right away blamed it on the driver said the lemonade wasplaced on the counter for him if he didn't take it that is not our fault. To the manager... I have worked in the fast foodbusiness, you need to teach your employees that when you answer the phone you say thank you for calling..... can you pleasehold? And waite for the customer to respond! If you don't like to give good customer service than DO NOT WORK IN FAST GOODSERVICE. than with attitude Rosalia said I will refund you for the lemonade it will take 3 to 5 business days didn't even askedif I wanted a credit on the account. When I called wingstop they told me they're only taking walk in and online orders when I get there she tells me I have to wait I... wait about 25 minutes then she tells me when she takes my orders gonna be another 25 minutes I told her no problem she says giveme a second comes back 10 minutes later and tells me I have to place my order online that she's the only one there.
