The last couple of times I came here and ordered the service wasn't as up to par as usual. When it came to my drinks they were... looking strange right underneath the drinking caps like saliva looking type strange. Then they balled up my paper napkins realbad before they put them in the bag with my order. My onions were all smashed up at the bottom of the onion box with wet whitepieces of slimy looking stuff on it. Yes...I was very disappointed with this location and will be in touch with there customerservice support. This happened to me during my last two visits in the afternoon during the weekday. Read more

Every time I come to Chicago, gotta stop by and get some White Castle. Krystal is OK but White Castle is the best.
