I've never been to this White Castle before, and at 12:30 at night I needed some food because I had been moving all day. I was... sitting I line at the drive through for 45 minutes. Two cars in front of me drove over the cement divider and left cursing. After I got to the pull up window, I noticed an item on the menu had a 8x11 piece of paper with a higher price written on itcovering the old price. The problem was I could see the old price through the piece of paper. Come on now, that's just tackey! At least use thicker paper... I get it, prices fluctuate... But tacky doesn't. The only reason I'm not giving this a superharsh review is that the girl talking our order was very nice and my food was da bomb! I ordered 10 ghost cheese burgers andmaybe I was just incredibly hungry but they were piping hot, spicy and just tasty. Because of the friendly employee and thefood, I will come back. But please, try to speed up wait time and no more handwritten price changes on paper that issee-through when wet. A label maker is about 20 bucks and is worth the investment. Read more

Why serve cold fries look awful, some with burned tips, and we're in no way edible? Was I just supposed to eat them and shut up?... I wouldn't serve someone what they served me. I would treat every guest to the best food experience possible. I went back intothe restaurant and requested and received freshly cooked fries. It was as though they were expecting me. The service and food was awesome! Chicago is my home town, i currently live in Florida, was in Chicago visiting for a week and... ate a white castles on 79th and Jeffrey e everyday while i was there(since there is no white castles in florida)..and everymorning the whitecastle breakfast sliders were always hot, fresh and GOOOD!! In the evening or lunch the burgers with thedifferent cheese choices was completely off the charts! I loved them! The 6.99-10cheese special..white castles really know howto appeal to the customer with the right selection of foods, cheeses, menu items, desserts, etc..Krystals need to take notes orclose down and become a whitecastles and adopt the whitecastles on 79th principles..
