Very long wait for a cheese slider meal. Why is it only one person cooking? Why is it only two people on staff total one on... window one cooking. Come on now. Then the workers move like they made of molasses or something. The old lady also needs areality check maybe find something more your speed and get a better attitude. Nobody forced you to work there. Honestly, 1 star is far too high of a review. I waited over 45 minutes for my order and it was a very small order. I ordered 3... sliders and 2 large fries. It took over 45 minutes to receive my order. I watch the entire staff completely ignore fine inorders for over 30 minutes. I didn?t receive my food until complaining to the staff about he wait I had had and it still tookover 10 minutes to receive. There were 10+ people waiting in line behind me and they were still taking orders. I feel bad foreveryone behind me that I am sure had an even longer wait time than I did. By far the worst experience I have ever had at anyrestaurant in my life and it is not even close. I do not recommend anyone to go try this establishment. Read more
This place is very unprofessional!! The worker literally standing talking about who ever tried a kick meanwhile my food sitting... on the counter getting cold and hard!!! Can anybody say GHETTO!! I recommend hiring a whole new morning crew because the peoplethere now is very unprofessional and again GHETTO!!! And trust if I wasn't on my break I would definitely wait for a neworder!!!! Basic. The burgers are small (must be their signature) and the meat was the kind of frozen, high on fat patty that tastes... artificial. The bread was bad. The place is your typical, kind of dirty, burger joint. You only go if it's late and you'rehungry. Read more
Literally 5 employees walking around i see one working. Drive thru line was backed up so i tried to go inside for quicker... service and wasn?t even acknowledged until 10 mins standing there and food was ordered 20 mins before my arrival i wasted atotal 45 mins here just to get 4 sliders and a small shake this is crazy don?t come here Read more
Visiting from the south and we don?t have White Castle available! It was hot, fresh, and quick! Noticed they had drive through... available. It was nice that it had a small parking lot to be able to park and walk in/dine in. Read more
