Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Waited 10 minutes for two cars in front of me before I finally left without my food.... I'm not waiting more than 20 minutes for White Castle. I wasn't the only person who left in that time period. Veryunprofessional. Read more
The service at this restaurant is very awesome to see the way the employee who seem to be heading the crew tonight was so... communicative with his crew and with the customers and it was a very smooth process for how packed they were they were justnonstop around the building and they provide great service and the food is fresh they fired it up as soon as I got there and Irecommend you chose to dine with this location. Bad experience. Tried the "1921 burger" I asked for no pickles with brown mustard. The cashier informed me she could only give... me packets. I received 4 pickles a tiny leaf of lettuce and the burger was cooked to death. Never received my cheeseburger.Received a phone call from the manager apologizing. Well received. She offered me a free "1921 meal", I thanked her. But willnever go back. She also said she was emailing me a coupon for a free meal; never received. Feel lucky? Take your chances. Who doesn't like white castle? After the club, for lunch, or grab a cravings box, perfect combination of onions, pickles and... Patty on a dinner roll. Fries are always hot and fresh. My Son takes them plain, kids palate... Stop in when you are in thearea, you won't be disappointed. Read more
