THE RUDEST WORKERS EVER!!! Need to do customer service trainings. Attitudes like that endander lives and they need to be mindful... of that. I must say the food here was by far the best tasting Wendy's I have had in a very long time. Everything was fresh and cooked... perfectly. Not all Wendy's are made equal. Reason I gave 4 stars because it wasn't the cleanest inside. I went inside becauseof how long the drive through line was . I understand y'all are busy all day but management needs to ensure the lobby is kept upto quality standards. Read more

I went into the drive through to order , the car in front of me was sitting at the window with their car turned off getting food... and talking to the cashier for about 8-10mins , then I pull up he say my total is $25 I said no I just ordered nuggets and a fry, he hand me my food and the nuggets were regular when i ordered Spicy a 10pc to be exact. He give me a new bag with the correctorder but no sauce at all in neither bag I ask for sauce a young lady stops him and wave her hand at me to drive off saying?keep the line moving? in a rude dismissive way I tell her I waited in line and ordered my food he didn?t give me any sauce shecontinue to talk rudely and tell me ?good day? waving her hand. Against my better judgement I stopped to grab something quick instead of trying to go home to cook after 9pm. The wait was much... too long and the customer service was extremely lacking. Fast food is a rough business and you don?t always encounter goodworkers or customers. It?s all about how things are handled that make your experience great or poor. I ordered a spicy chickensandwich with a side salad instead of fries, two four for four meals and a Jr. frosty. I had to ask for a cup holder, it wasn?toffered as each drink and the frosty were being handed to me individually, we waited entirely too long, and didn?t receive afork for the salad or straws for the drinks , which I also requested after noticing it wasn?t in the bag. When we made it homewe noticed that we didn?t have any napkins or sauce for the chicken nuggets. My spicy chicken sandwich ended up in the trash itdidn?t taste fresh and the salad would?ve joined the sandwich but I needed something to eat. I was disappointed to say theleast, I?ve been to this location before but this time around the service was pitiful. Read more
