I stopped at Wendy's because my 3 year old son wanted chicken nuggets. I ordered (2) 6 piece nuggets (Regular) no sauce. After... receiving our food from the drive thru, we were on our way to our destination. My son began to hold his cheek and started tocry. I pulled over and asked my daughter what happened. Upon looking we saw where he was chewing a spicy chicken nugget that wasmixed in with his regular nuggets. We got it out of his mouth and gave him water. I called the restaurant and spoke with Tanya.She advised that we come back so she can replace the nuggets. Upon arriving, Ms. Tanya immediately took care of the situationand gave my son a fresh batch of regular nuggets. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. TANYA!!!!! You definitely deserve a 5 star. No stars. I love Wendy's overall however I've been to this location at 99th and Western a few times and this is what they serve.... Burnt, cold dry food. I also ordered a bacon cheese potato which had no bacon. I will never ever stop at this location again andI suggest that nobody else does either! Read more
