This location was when we first tried Wendy's food for the first time, which was one evening after going to the Zoolights at... Lincoln Park Zoo a few year. The food is always fresh and the best in quality and everytime me and my family dine here, thestaff does excellent work. I never had an issue here and I always return to this specific location. Quick and tasty lunch. Lady taking orders was polite. A Wendy's I would have no issues coming back too. No complaints here.
The best option if you are in a hurry and hungry furthermore they always have great prices on combos.
I stopped here for lunch on 1-13-22 and ordered a double and a crispy chicken. The double was good BUT when I was taking off the... lettuce from the crispy chicken I found this 3 inch long strip of metal under it!! Thank God I don't like lettuce! I wasalready a couple miles away so I didn't go back. I called but it just rang. I'm very disappointed that they could allow this tohappen. I mean... A strip of metal in my sandwich?!?! Good Wendy's, nothing especially amazing about the restaurant itself. The bathrooms were functional, but could have been in... slightly better shape. The parking lot is big, but due to the complicated Clybourn-Ashland-Fullerton intersection(s), it's a bittough to get into. Read more
