Usually fairly alright, though sometimes the chicken has been sitting. Pretty readily gets orders wrong, though. Mistakes... include not making the meal large, forgetting what I do or don't want on the sandwich, forgetting bbq sauce, and today, spicychicken when I said classic. I always, always park coming out of the drive thru and check the order, but this one snuck by me.As with most places, I'm not getting back in the car to drive back there now that I'm sitting down. The day that I went the kiosk was not working, so I had to wait and wait for my order to be taken. A simple cheeseburger,fries... and a drink took forever. The fries were outstanding. The Wendy's commercial where they say give me a high fry (so cute by theway) is a true commercial. Hot fries,fresh fries. I'm getting hungry and I will return to Wendy's. Read more

I will drive more than 5 miles away to go to the next closest Wendy's since this one is possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever... been to. On several occasions ordering a large fries will never get you a large fries since they don't fill up the container.See picture attached. Same thing with the drinks why should I pay extra for something if I'm going to get a smaller size sincethey don't want to fill up the containers. I will at least say the sandwiches are fine. I decided to give them one more try.Because I was in a rush. And yet again from the pictures I've attached you can see it is still the same problem. So I decided toanswer the survey on the back of the receipt. I quickly get a reply from the manager asking me for my contact information andtells me he's sorry my fries are not full. I also noticed in the email I'm attached from corporate that they told him to contactme and resolve this matter and for him before closing out this issue to make sure to fix the problem. But it's been 2 months andhe hasn't contacted me. Which only goes towards other reviews mentioning on this page of the bad customer service. As you cansee from the attached pictures the fries and the sodas are definitely nowhere near full and you do not get what you paid for. IfI can give this zero Stars I would. I saved the money by going someplace else even though it cost me more money in gas to drivefar away. If I'm in a rush I definitely steer away from here and go to McDonald's or anything else nearby. Because you alwaysget something less than what you paid for. I'm going to assume that he closed out the issue with corporate saying that itresolved the matter and probably didn't bother.
