Horrible management!!!!! This employee are not trained at all they can?t MULtitask!!! Is horrible they had people waiting in... line to have their order take! They had a drive thru full of cars! Profanity being used my one of the employees! Everytime I goin a Wendy?s is so nasty so dirty! I understand this is not fine dining, but this was bad even for fast food. My order was dry, flavourless, hard, and cold,... despite being the only customer inside. At least 5 people were working there and only one person was able to take the order.Customer service was abysmal. It was obvious the food hadn?t been cooked fully. Order was not correct. I went to get the Wendy?s breakfast. I had a code on the app for $2 off a breakfast combo. I gave it to the girl to scan then... gave her my card. I asked for a receipt and saw she never took the $2 off. I asked her what happened and she was like ?idk?.Then the manager came over and was like ?I?m sorry I understand you?re upset can you use the code next time?? Why would I trustto use it here again when the employee didn?t even check before she charged my card. I was expecting $2 in cash or a food itembut they basically said it was nothing they could do. Wendy?s as a brand offers there customer huge variety of burgers and salads under a very economical budget. With all this... inflation and low income salaries they still have $5 biggie bag which contains 5 kind of burgers along with fries drinks andnuggets. There new strawberry frosty is a limited time item which already having s very good hype in the market. This locationat Albany park has a very huge diversity. You can find all the ethnicity under one roof which is very good from The communityprospective. Store is very clean and always very good with the customer service. Read more
Horrible customer service. A bunch of clueless and disrespectful kids working at this location. I normally like Wendy's but this... place gives the business a bad reputation. I wasn't even able to finish ordering without being rushed through my order. Whichmade me forget some items so i tried to add it on at the window which while we were driving up I could see the employee clearlyon their cell phone. Very rude and not an ounce of customer service. I then go in to speak with the manager and this kid fromthe drive thru window that I had the issue with comes up and begins to argue with me. I think they were having a good day or something cause I swear my chicken sandwich was BUSSING bussing . It tasted so tender ,it... seemed like they went to the back and killed the chicken . The food I ordered last night through the drive through I waited so long and it was no one in the store or in the drive through... line. I waited so long they hand me my food and it?s cold the fries the chicken nuggets I haded it back to the man heapologized. And when I got home the bake potatoes the double stacked burger taste spoiled It didn?t even taste right and thenatural lemonade was horrible no taste only thing was good was the chocolate frosty I was so hungry I wanted to take the foodback in the morning but the man didn?t give me a receipt they need to do better at night time this is so unacceptable!
