If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately I can?t. They took 30 mins took give me my order (inside the store). I had to... go and get my order asked again and said that after 25 mins the order is removed from their system. Found two long hairs in my fries and didn?t realize until it was in my mouth. Whoever was making the fries clearly wasn?t... wearing a hairnet and made a health code violation. Keep in mind I have a crew cut. Read more
Placed a mobile order and when I got there went thru drive thru. Told me to pull forward and wait a little longer. Waited 10... mins then finally went inside. They had my slip on the counter but nothing prepared. Ended up waiting a total of 30 mins.Mistakes happen, unfortunately. But it's still 2 stars. No apology no explanation. I work in the retail industry so I understandpatience, but when mistakes are made, at the very least admit them and apologize. Read more
Wednesday 7/20/22. I?ve had nothing but good service and positive and professional attitudes from the staff at this Wendy?s. The... associates I have encountered have always been polite and courteous and helpful. Their burgers seem to be a higher quality and taste than your typical fast food burger joint. My daughter always gets their... chicken sandwich and always likes it. They now carry strawberry frosty but have discontinued the vanilla ones. Read more
My experience here was at 3pm on a Tuesday. Pretty slow so the service was fast. The ladies that were working worked efficiently... and were very welcoming. The food was piping hot and delicious! The only downside was, they were out of some sodas. Other thanthat, great experience! Read more
