Used to go here all the time when I lived in Dallas and now it?s here too. Nothing has changed and the chicken tikka masala... tacos are still banging. They used to do a secret menu where you can get a whole rotisserie chicken with tortillas and sides onMondays for $20ish in Dallas, not sure if they do that here. Read more

Velvet Taco Lincoln Park Team won my heart ?? with today?s experience!! As usual, I ordered their Fried Paneer Taco. In... addition, I also ordered Falafel Taco for the first time but the taste didn?t meet my expectations so I politely requested themto get my order exchanged with Fried Paneer Taco. Surprisingly, the employee granted my request with a smile and was happy toget it exchanged! This little gesture shows how employees here genuinely care about their customers? experiences and they wantthem to have a great time!! Shoutout to the whole team!! Everyone of them is awesome!! ???? LOVE this place! The vibe is so nice. It has an open view where you can sit by the windows (perfect for the summertime) and... devour these delicious tacos! Food is always fresh here and the location is super clean (bathroom is literally always taken careof and is spotless which is how you know the restaurant values cleanliness). Really good place!!! Can't believe how many options they have gluten free and non gluten free. All of the sides are gluten... free, and they have three tacos on their menu that are gluten free. Will definitely be back! Read more
Tldr; As a person who loves tacos, I was super disappointed. These 3 tacos, a coke, and a topo chico, cost me $26 and I ate... half of one taco. Already I should've known when I saw the one taco shell, but no. The two on the right are steak tacos, and Ican't remember but the one on the left is some sort of pork, but the pork was like a literally piece of lunchmeat type of ham,not shredded or anything. Really disappointed, I don't understand how there are so many good reviews. I made myself wait a fewdays before writing this, but I still feel like I needed to share.
