The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I would go there more but service and lack of customer service is... why I rated it the way I did. Btw I've been going there about 30 years. Who doesn't deserve better customer service than theones that been coming for so long supporting your business. But this doesn't matter to these guys. I wanted to give ZERO stars! Been going there for years but the guy that answers the phone now who wears the glasses needs... training in customer service. Just rude & snappy and won?t explain anything about the food to you. Sometimes you can?tunderstand what he?s saying as well. He's been there for years so you would think that he knows how to talk to customers but Iguess not. The service at this place has gone down tremendously. There used to be an old man there that was awesome. This placeused to be top notch but they now have fell off big time! The Hispanic guy with glasses on in front is as rude as they come andvery obnoxious and nasty to customers. No respect don?t know how to treat anyone just ignorant! They all are rude but he topsthem all! I hate this place now! I use to go there all the time but they have gotten worse over the years each time so I havestopped going. The food has went down too. I live pretty close so I was excited to try this place. I placed a pickup order for a double cheeseburger and, of course, the... rib tips (15 oz) based on the reviews. When I arrived to pickup there was absolutely NO PARKING. All good. Living in Chicagoyou park illegally where you can think you can pass by for a few minutes. I go in to pickup and my order which was waiting forme which was great. When I inserted my debit card, the first prompt was a tip option starting at 15% and going up from there.There was nowhere on the device to skip or customize the tip. So I was forced to tip over $5 on an order I picked up myself?!What a scam. Foodwise, the cheeseburger was good, the fries are super generic and worth throwing away, and the rib tips havebits of bone in them so make sure to have your spit cup ready. They should rename this dish "Rib Bits". Definitely will not begoing back. Read more
