Called to order and the person that answered the phone has no customer service experience whatsoever. Get there to pick up pizza... and they add another 20 mins to the wait. Great pizza HORRIBLE service. Has gone down in service quite remarkably. Read more

Ordered a pizza from there. It was way too expensive for what I got. On top of that, the business left flyers up and down my... block, including two on my property's fence for me to clean up. Never ordering from this business again. Here's a tip - spendless money on flyers and you'll be able to lower your pizza price. Read more

June 22, 2022:. Shame on me. I stayed home, ugh. June 21, 2021:. I am planning on going to Mariano's. I need greens,... cherries, cereal, etc. My eating what is left is holding out. Pizzas are on sale. June 20, 2022, Heat Wave begins and I amout of a lot of the food groups. It calls for a sweaty trip to Mariano's, or frying a rib-eye steak, warming diced tomatoes (Ihave 1 fresh tomato left), and mixing a berry/avocado drink w/o a blender for two days. Now I have a can of sauerkraut, but notwith steak. I ate the steak (rib-eye) and fresh tomato tonight and that isn't bragging. The sacrifices I make to avoidordering out. LOL However. I can't complain too much can I. Always my fault when I run out of food. __________ _______ June12, 2022: Winning and staying solvent. I was prepared for a cool Friday night pizza. While at Mariano's I picked up a REDBARRON PIZZA for $3.97. If I desired fruit, I also bought DOLE FROZEN FRUIT, BLUE BERRIES for $4.99 I purchased QUICHE SPINACHCHEDDAR on June 15, 2022. I could enjoy the refrigerated delicious entree and flaky butter crust for $6.99. Saved a lot ofmoney, too. ___________ June 1, 2022:. I believe we are no longer doing business. April 25, 2022 -Dominique and delivery manwere civil, and their behavior was kind and controlled. ______________ Beware, Dominique, Order Taker, has her finger on thescale and when I pointed it out, she apologized. (Small business - She may be speaking for the owner.) Of course the totalbill adjusted on the errors of Dominique was a few cents lower than ordered. The Credit Card Company is not interested, becauseit isn't an overcharge. She added tomatoes to the pizza thinking it was an add-on, and charged $2.00 more, or $13.55. Then shesent only a can of Diet Pepsi instead of 1 liter, charging $1.95 instead of $3.50. Also $4.00 for delivery and the SOTA is morethan China Hut's sales tax, a negligible amount, same neighborhood. They made me mad and I didn't tip. Read more

I really want to give this place more stars. The deep dish pizza is good but the service is extremely sub-par and the idea of... successful last mile delivery isn?t a concept over there. The person taking the order is either shouting at you with anattitude or cannot understand due to phone connection. Not a huge issue, can look past this - easy. The real nail in the coffinwas finding out the hard way that this restaurant does nothing to protect the food once it?s in third party hands. While theGOATS (El Taconazo El Tio, Pasta Bowl, Devil Dawgs, etc.) mandate that ALL third party couriers have a food-temperaturesensitive carrying device?.Tortorice?s does not and, correct me if wrong, don?t seem to care for one. In a world where everyoneis e-ordering, do a better job overseeing quality control where you can. Read more

We stopped in 5/21/22 after a rainy day at Wrigley. We were tired and hungry. The restaurant is small and not really intended... for dine in. The lady that was working was so helpful with taking our order and allowing us to push tables together. I?m not afan of deep dish and it would have taken longer so we had thin crust. The pizza arrived pretty quickly and it was sooo good. IfI lived closer this would be my go to pizza place. Thank you for taking care of our family. The service was just what our tiredfamily needed. Stopped in today for a couple of slices after work. Great pizza, great staff. Will definitely be back. Seems a lot of the... negative reviews are from weirdos with nothing better to do than whine about a $13 pizza. Don't pay attention to those. Head onover and try it for yourself! Read more
