The taste of food was ok, but I asked for Nachos without jalapeños and they repeated it back to me to confirm and I still got... jalapeños. The place was quiet and they did not attempt to clear the table when we were done eating. Read more

No smiles here! Ordered the food, gave a tip, but no smiles or service! Waited forever for the food, and had to ask to get it.... As you can see my reviews, I am very generous w my stars. Even here! Read more

The food is just okay, even the Chicago style hotdog and fires was just okay.

Looks like a nice little place. Not many choices on the menu. Decided on getting the nachos. Not a great idea. The cheese tasted... like chemicals and the chips were hard as rocks. For an additional $4 we got chicken, which was awful. They were cut into verysmall pieces and there were not many of them. Waste of money. If you're going to Navy Pier for a quick drink, that is all thisplace is good for. Read more

Horrible service, no one should go to this place. Initially was told “the kitchen” was closed for about 15 mins before we... can place our order. After waiting 20 mins, we ask the waitress and she stated the kitchen is still closed and we would have towait another 15mins or more. It seemed like they did not want to serve us to begin with due to us being a minority. When wewalked in there, there were people eating so clearly the kitchen was “open” right before we arrived. After 45mins ofwaiting, the kitchen magically opened when 2 other groups were being seated. After ordering, we were told the food would be outin 15 mins. The waiting game continues. Then we see that food was brought out to 2 other tables who just walked in and our foodwas no where to be found. We asked how come the other tables were served when they just walked in and we’ve been waiting foralmost 1.5 hours. Both my husband and mother are diabetic and their sugar was going down but clearly this restaurant does notcare. When the manager came to speak with us, she had major attitude and was trying to make up excuses (such as the Wi-Fi“stopped” at our order and did not print the receipt) as to why we were being treated differently. Then my mother got veryupset with her and the manager’s reply was to refund us the money and to not serve us. After waiting almost 1.5 hours, theydid not even try to improve our experience. Horrible manager and horrible restaurant. They will be reported for their clearracist behavior! Read more

Brought family here as we have enjoyed ourselves a few times at the River Walk location and ended up really regretted it. We... ordered cheese curds and a caesar salad (nearly $30) and both were a huge let down. The salad was maybe 5 pieces of lettuce cutup and covered in Italian dressing. The cheese curds tasted good but were smashed on the dish and the portion was extremelysmall. Read more
