If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I have been coming to this place for over 15 years. We had noticed the quality... had gone down the past couple of years, but this was the last straw. Upon finishing our meal a rat came out from under therefrigerator and ran across the dining area to behind the counter of the cash register. The employees saw this as well and onesigned to me to keep quiet. Upon leaving the restaurant I submitted a report. To those who decide to eat at this establishmentI tell you....eat at your own risk! Awesome value for money. May not be a great place for dine-in, but absolutely great for take out. Tasty food, though I did not... find most of the options mentioned on the google online menu. Simple, non fancy dishes with limited options (still enoughoptions to opt for) not to forget the quantity provided. Non MSG option available. Non fancy May be the reason for value foryour buck. Fast service, ordered 4 dishes and for the order ready to go in about 20 minutes. Appetizer options are limited. Read more

This used to be the best spot in Chinatown but they have really let this restaurant go down hill. Upon walking in, it smelled... like urine inside the restaurant. Upon being seated, we ordered our meals. We asked to START with two soups. Why the sizes ofthe soups were so complicated to order was concerning to begin with. We continue our order with two appetizers & then ourplates. I asked for beef & pea pods only to be told that the plate would come with pork and shrimp. I just wanted beef aslisted in the menu but it seemed like the meals were pre made & I couldn?t simply order beef & pea-pods, I had to get a combo ofmeats. So instead we ordered two shrimp fried rices. Why did the rice come out first & in less than 3 minutes? We stayed wewanted to START with soup. Minutes later our appetizers can out. Still waited for soup. When the soups did come out the?small? was shareable for 2-3 & the pork was large chunks not even appetizing as it looked like they tossed an entire half ofpork in the soup. The soups were also SCORCHING hot & seemed like they just came out of the microwave on high. The egg rollswere average at least. The sweet & sour sauce that sits on the tables in the pourable handle was watered down. The crab Rangoonwas clearly frozen. The rice was the best of the entire order & that was still the first item out ? again in less than 3 minutesof ordering our entire meal so was this just sitting in back? No water refills. One napkin per customer. Rude customer serviceas the ignore their tables & sit on their cell phones. Upon paying with cash, the server didn?t bring our change as werequested & assumed we were tipping 20%+ Will never return. Will never recommend. This place should just shut its doors. Read more

I was a frequent customer at Three Happiness. At one point the food was pretty good and I never had complaints. Unfortunately... that all ended when I identified a centipede in my shrimp fried rice. I could not believe my eyes so I put it on a white pieceof paper towel which allowed the rice around it to separate from it. There it was, multiple legs balled up. It had appearedthat it had been fried with my rice. Needless to say I never ate there again. I do not recommend because of lack of care andfood sanitation practices - from my personal experience. Absolutely delicious flavors. In a tough neighborhood, but it's worth it. Ordered the sweet and sour pork, pork fried rice, and... the chicken w broccoli... The pork fried rice was outstanding and the chicken w broccoli I wish I could get like they cook ithere at home in NY. Happy to give my business. Read more

I thought the food was delicious and generous portioned, but be aware that many dim sum items are not available. They have an... extensive menu which is quite impressive. While my service was great and friendly, I did observe another customer receiving lessfriendly service. Read more
