Went to the restaurant yesterday and got ignored by my waitress got most of my servers from the guys who serve water it was my... girlfriend's birthday and we got straight ignored I don't know because we were the only black people in the venue but it seemedeveryone was more focused on what was going on on their phone opposed to serving us. But served every white Patron that came inwith no problem. It was so bad that the water guys gave us condiments for our food instead of our waitress who was too busybeing social not saying this place is racist but I really wanted to drink and a decent she didn't even see if we wanted drinksshe took her appetizer order and never saw her again until we stood up and was about to leave and came with the check Read more
Really enjoy the atmosphere and the food. Easy parking and such friendly people that work there.
Our server was very inattentive. The place was not busy and it looked like she was being attentive to her other tables. When we... finally did order, she didn't check in for another 30 to 40 minutes and we had to ask about our food. The manager came over andmade an excuse about his kitchen staff "walking out" even though other tables in our vicinity were getting their food and weresat after us (had the same waitress). He offered to buy our next of drinks but not comp our food or discount it even though ittook over an hour to get our food (which they messed up). We came in late while in town for a special event nearby. The service was excellent and the food was really good. Four of us had... the Italian beef and really enjoyed it. They kept checking on us and bringing waters, etc as needed. Read more
Fantastic staff and management, they just opened today and the place is clean with great food and drinks. Absolutely beautiful... waitstaff at this place. I live in the Paramount lofts attached and will be a regular customer. Try the egg rolls. Read more
This is the second time I have been to The Ogden Chicago and both times have been great! Like many others, I have been going... there for dinner prior to attending concerts at the United Center. It's just a short walk from the United Center to The OgdenChicago and is the perfect place to go. It has a great environment with great bar food! Last night our server, Denise, wasamazing! She was so prompt, personable, and attentive. The food came out, and I'm not kidding you, within ten minutes of usbeing there! It was shockingly fast! They let me switch out a butter bun for a pretzel bun and recommended a pale ale. This willnow be the new thing my fiance and I always do when we go to events at the United Center! The burgers are huge and delicious,lots of drinks to choose from, amazing service, and a nice environment. Definitely recommend The Ogden Chicago! You will not bedisappointed! Read more
