Is this the greatest bagel place in Chicago? No way. Is it the best option in the West Loop area where there aren't any other... bagel places and grocery store bagels stink? Yes. Go here for solid bagels, cream cheese, and sandwiches. I've never gotten asalad but whenever I've seen them ordered they look good. Pro tip: your West Loop Mariano's receipt has coupons on the back andthey are also on Too Good to Go almost daily! Read more

Good bagels but service is SO slow. People are nice but it takes 10-15 minutes just to get a cream cheese bagel. They also put... the bagel in the toaster the wrong way. Read more

Surprisingly great place, I love bagels, but I got a salad, which was okay. Very clean, a bit confusing when it came to ordering... and pick-up as a first timer... Read more

This place is horrible. I walked in had a order the order wasn?t ready waited 20 mins never received an order still but the... whole thing was almost 10 people walked into the restaurant after me after 10 mins of sitting there and received all thereorders before me. Not sure exactly why but when I asked what?s the wait they couldn?t even say anything besides it?s almostready and it was only 2 items. Read more

Very good breakfast sandwich! The sundried tomato bagel has a very pleasant tomato flavor.

Very helpful via the phone this morning , she said it would take 12mins for a freshly made grilled Chicken salad, tomato bagel... with egg and cheese and a oat milk latte. She stated "No its no problem to make your salad fresh." Great customer service thismorning Read more

This is a reliable choice when you are looking for a solid bagel. They have a nice selection as well as different cream... cheeses. The sandwiches are filling considering the price it is a good deal. Pictured is the California Turkey sandwich whichhas cucumber cream cheese, very tasty. But to be honest, Panera bagels are better. Four stars because the tables always havecrumbs on them every time I go in there I have to wipe off the table myself. Read more
