THE ONLY STOP YOU NEED! I have been a regular customer at the dog stop for 4 years now, and I can safely say that it has some of... the best gum and shakes in Chicago! The dawgs they sell are extremely creative though I only really come for their shakes andgum. The environment is so amazing that I sometimes come to just relax and enjoy the beautiful smells. A while ago I was in areally dark place, but by going to the dog stop I was able to fix my problems and move on to enjoy my life. Overall I recommendthe dog stop to anyone in the area. Go Dogs! Very disappointed in the food, was not at all worth the $47.00 I spent for a chicken pita sandwich that landed up costing almost... $13.00 by the time they charge $1.60 for 2 pieces of cheese (was told this is a big sandwich it requires 2 pieces, what! and noit was not). The corn dogs are small and sweet, not my style and my taco salad was just that a small scoop if you call it thatof ground beef on a salad literally a house salad, not in a taco shell and nothing like I expected, I guess this goes to showyou always ask, although you would think hence the name it woule be just that. My large drink was $2.99 and I asked for no ice,of course there was ice. I really couldnt wait to pull away from the drive thru, The only reason this is getting 2 stars isbecause the Jalepeno poppers and onion rings were tasty. Overall not a fan and not for these prices! This is one of our favorite places by our house. Stop in at least monthly, but usually more. They have my wife?s favorite Greek... salad and their rib sandwich is like the McRib but actually good. I love how the kids meal includes a toy and kids bag which my4 year old always loves Read more
This place is way overpriced, this picture shows a large order of onion rings ????. Four of the 7 rings are small and they... charged 3.55 for this. Food did not taste fresh, I won't be going there again. Read more
Fries were good, but the hot dog was smaller than I thought it would be. They wrap your hot dog and fries together which I?ve... seen before but then your hot dog bun is super flat. Important to note, there is no changing table? so be ready to take yourkid out to the car if you need to change their diaper? Read more
As a first time customer I?m probably never coming. I waited 10 mins for someone to attend me in a completely empty restaurant... and take my order. It?s not worth $5. The hotdog itself was as thin a crayola marker and the bun was stale. It was mostly bunthan meat. Read more
It appears this place is a hit or miss with its food. The last time I ate their food it was pretty good but now, when I bit into... the corned beef sandwich, the hard corner of the marbled rye, just provided a chewing challenge. The one ingredient that goeswell with corned beef is horseradish. They had none. So, well see if they improve their food. By the way, the staff thattook the order were very nice and pleasant people.
