I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the Cajun Connoisseur. They are not only an amazing couple, their food is... everything. On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, I ordered shrimp and grits from their food truck. I didn't eat it right away. Iwarmed it up when I got home expecting the grits to be dry and lumpy. To my surprise the grits were super creamy and delicious. The portion was so large, I was not able to finish it. I warmed it again on Thursday and Friday. I just finished it today. I visited The Cajun Connoisseur for the first time Wednesday night and I fell in love! My date and I got the cajun shrimp &... grits and we both were beyond satisfied with our meal! The food was delicious and you an just tell that it was made with all thelove and care in the world. The service was also beyond "high-quality" it was cozy and welcoming. We were welcomed and thankedfor choosing to eat there, we were checked on just enough times to know we were being taken care off, and on our way out we weretold to have a great night and to come back soon!
