Quant place. Wasnt too crowded when I had gotten there but crowd picked up shortly after about 930. Not too loud. Easy to... converse. Good place for those that dont like the nightlife scene. Read more

I am at the Backdoor Saloon a lot! Their drinks are very well mixed and balanced flavors that show a well thought out concept.... Plus, the names are fun. I love that the menu includes a wide range of liquors showcased and not just vodka or whiskey. Thebartenders are attentive and competent, and when there is a lull are nice to talk to. The snacks on the late night menu arealso delicious, I've basically tried all of them by now. I like to try to pair them with the drinks. Most are good portions for2-3 people, with the sandwiches being pretty big. The decor and theme visually are AMAZING. It definitely reads as cozyAmerican saloon, a little bit western a little bit French, with velvet curtains, vintage couches and chairs along with sturdybar stools, an amazing brass rail along the bar with these big brass horse heads, antlers and colonial American flag on thewall, fringe lamps. It is a really cool atmosphere with low lighting, but the clientele and music reflect the neighborhood in arelaxed way. They also have live entertainment most Fridays and Saturdays on both levels, which is a fun extra treat! Read more

Honestly the place is pretty small to accommodate Fulton market crowds but the amazing service makes up for it.

Hidden saloon on top of another bar. Bonnie and Clyde themed, well executed in every way. Very comfortable, great service and... some nice cocktails. Will definitely be back. Read more
