Went there today for lunch as usual. While eating, my group noticed a cockroach walking up the wall. We immediately got up and... gathered our stuff and left. We did mention it to one of the waitress and she just said oh. No apology or anything (made uswonder based on her response if this is something normal for them). Later, a call was made to the manager at Maravatio and therewas no apology or concern in regards to what was mentioned. According to the conversation this is normal and they have beentrying to get under control. According to the manager they have a contract with pest control and they have not been able tomanage it. Over the all the phone interaction was hostile and no disregard to our concerns because according to the second shiftmanager they are not the only restaurant that has this issue. Ordered 3 tacos to go, when I got home I opened my tacos and as soon as I picked one up to bite it, the whole tortilla just... split open and everything fell, apparently the tortilla was Not cooked, it was raw. Then I grabbed my second taco and the samething happened! My three tacos broke apart, the whole thing was not edible at this point! $15 spent on food I couldn?t even eat.I don?t like giving businesses one stars but come on, they have to keep up with the quality they deliver to paying customers-and not to mentioned the tacos are not cheap, which I don?t mind paying for but this time honestly, was a waste of my money. These are some of the best tacos in the city! Authentic! Tastes just like Mexico but definitely not as cheap ????. You?ll spend... about $20 on 3 tacos, rice & beans but it?ll be worth it. Steak tacos are a HIT! Salsa and chips are the perfect late nightsnack ???? Read more
