This is an interesting bar. They give you a card which you use to activate the various taps (i think there were roughly 30 beer... options, including seltzers) for self serve. It shows you how much you are spending with every ounce poured. I would assume youdon't have to tip if you're being your own bartender but that's just my 2 cents. We used to be regulars but they stopped having outdoor seating. It is extremely loud inside and you cant hear over the music-... you habe to scream at the person next to you. Since all the other pubs around us have quiet patios we have switched to those. Read more
Tapster is a great spot. I love the unique self-service bar where you pour your own beer and don't have a waiter. There are a... bunch of beer options to choose from; a beer drinkers paradise. Tapster also has a nice patio in the back, popcorn, and a bunchof TVs. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Tapster for a good time! Read more
Such a fun, new, innovative way to explore new wines & beers. I'm surprised nobody though of this years ago but whatever, i'm... glad for the times we live in because we get great places like this. The staff is friendly & the vibe is relaxed. I would sayto anyone to make sure you try this place out if you're visiting the hood or on a bar crawl. You probably won't leave. lol. Read more
Really enjoyed my time at Tapster! Although I'm not much of a beer drinker, I can appreciate their wide selection. The cocktails... on tap were also pretty good. I love the idea that you create your own price, and the self-serve system means that there's nowait time for your next drink! Added bonus: it's dog-friendly!
