A man claiming to be the manager of the Streeterville location on Ohio Street, told me his name was Nasir after I asked for his... name, was completely unprofessional, inappropriate, aggressive, made me feel unsafe, and was angry that I came in 15 minutesbefore closing to place an order on the kiosk calling me ?inconsiderate? and other things staff should never call a customer. Iasked for his supervisor?s name and he said it wouldn?t matter. This was the single worst customer service experience I haveever experienced in my entire life. I will never return to this location. Very disappointed with the service. I selected 2different combos and got same ones with incorrect items. When asked about the... items (supreme tacos), staff showed no interest in answering. Gave just one drink, and other concerns too. Was too tired waitingfor the order and had to rush back home as it was late, so I left.. very disappointingly. Read more

This place needs negative stars. It is an absolute mess. Filthy. Staff could care less. Last time I visited, no beverages were... available except bottled water. And since they only accept orders from the stupid kiosk, I wasted 5 minutes while the cashierfumbled her way through refunding my soft drink, never apologizing for the inconvenience. Keep walking.
