This is by far my favorite Taco Bell in Chicago. The building was recently renovated, it?s always clean, and the service is... consistently good. The folks who work here are some the the kindest and hardest working fast food service members I?ve everencountered. They are always helpful and polite, but most importantly they are patient. It?s a Taco Bell, so you know whatyou?re getting? good fast Mexican food. If you want a positive experience that will beat what you?ll get elsewhere, this is yourstop. DRIVE THROUGH IS DOWN! DRIVE THROUGH IS DOWN! ALMOST every night the drive through is bot working or they only accept cash. This... place used to be ONE OF THE HIGHEST rated Taco Bell's in Chicago. This place used to be super friendly and great! However,something awful happened here recently. Why have the sign say the Drive Thru is OPEN when it is NEVER OPEN. I'd avoid this place at all cost now. This location used to be great. Great customer service, order was always correct, exactly... what you want. Now this this place can't even handle the bare minimum. The last 3 times I've visited, rude workers, never getyour order right - wrong and missing items always. Mistakes are always in their favor, get charged for what you order and getcheaper mistakes and missing items. I'm done with this place. From now on its better to just drive to the one on Milwaukee andBelmont now. Bummer, but you can count on that one still. Read more
This location's employee (team) is very pleasant and swift but not so hasty as to overlook special requests. Their food is... prepared consistently good and nicely put together. Also, prompt to make sure the tables were clean, and trays were put away.The menu is the same as other locations and the service is above average. my other half and I are always saying how Taco Bell,just like every other "brand" has that familiar flavor that you crave, but this particular location manages to enhance thatexperience every time. Not the best looking or the most "spotless" clean Taco Bell I've visited but the food and service were great. Chill workers, no... mistakes and the food had nice portions! Often times you get a sad looking chalupa with more lettuce than anything. Not here!Full portions and hot food makes this place worth visiting. Read more
Honestly if this wasn?t the only TB in my area I would never come here again. They are the rudest team, snarky and get orders... wrong constantly. Things are messy and not wrapped properly. Or there?s a 1/3 of the meat that should be in the taco if you?relucky. When I?ve tried to get it corrected they hung up on me or argued. If you can avoid this location, please do. Read more

The app, (feature) G. Pick-Up, (convenience) H. Drive-Thru, (fastservice) I. Parking, (exclusivity) J. Delivery, (hospitality) K. Extra Workers, For Example: (Ushers/Buzz boys, Maintenance &Sanitation, etc.) Due To Current Events. This place holds three quarters of the above. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to you all. Your customer service was excellent. This location was quite busy... but we were able to get our order out within a reasonable timeframe. The food was hot and fresh as well. The food was so freshand so good I thought I went to an actual Mexican restaurant. I appreciate the good effort they put into everything.
