I'm really bummed. I order from this location as my go to Taco Bell and I recieved a (via delivery app) very wrong and for me,... inedible meal tonight as almost everything had meat despite me ordering all meatless options. Nothing I ordered actually wasright other than the pop and the Cinnabon Delights. Just really discouraged. Read more

Very friendly and very clean In there I luv going here. But I JST wish you have a app that you can earn points like... McDonald's dose you guys shld do that . BT beside that I love coming here at this location because the food is always hot and there very quick to get yr order fast and if you don't understand stand the menu. They will explain to you with out any attitude problem. So I come here every 2 weeks when I get paid lol. So yeah try to get coupons on yr fones lots more ppl willcome here if u guys do that . At 5:26 pm today I purchased food in the drive through at Taco Bell. A cashier named Sagia gave me one of the best costumer... service experiences I?ve in fast food in 20 years. Her tone was perfect her listing skills were in point, and very professional.I don?t normally eat there but my niece wanted some so I just bought something for myself. No matter how many questions I asked;she answered, I was gonna change my mind about my first order, but no matter what she kept her composure. She did suggestivesell up, and restated my order every time to be clear about what I wanted. People don?t often notice people working in such away in fast food. However, I worked in fast foods four 4-5 years and I understand what it takes and I enjoyed it. I just feltthat it was important for me to take this time to tip my hat for this young lady. Cause she basically did everything right andstill had a smile when I got to the window. ( I know she probably tripped like lady you been here be fore but nope; it?s not mything). SAGIA YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THE BEST! Keep it up be an example for you team. ???????? ( the guy that actually tookthe payment said a lot with his face; and I had not even spoken to him. I was looking for something quick and that was in the vicinity of where I was handing bisiness. The food was not good tasting... and it was cold.....mind you I was the only customer in the restaurant for over 25 minutes , most of the business I presume isthrough the drive-thru. I ordered the Nacho Bell Grande combo it was a joke it is served in a small tray with hardly anything onit, a large drink and a taco Supreme for $10 at this location. It is advertised on the website for $7.99. Service is subpar andbarely basic. I asked for mild sauce and was told it was at the self service bar and it was totally out. When I told the cashiershe looked at me like so what. It's not worth the money in my opinion. Just go to an actual Mexican restaurant and get 2-3steak tacos rice and beans and a drink or authentic nachos with fresh tortilla chips, beans, cheese, sour cream,guacamole, picode gallo melted queso and real chicken or steak for the same price you pay for this stuff ( whatever it is or wherever it'sfrom) ???? I would?ve gave this no stars! 11/20 10:30 am. 2 employees working. I walked in to pick up a grub hub order the guy said coming... up. Several minutes later a girl walked to counter and I told her pick for so so and then she walks over to screen and she huffsand puffs and says damn. Guy walks back out and I asked if the order was just now getting started and he said just a moment. SoI said the Oder was marked ready. He then said you can cancel it if you want and the girl repeated the same. Some words wereexchanged and the guy says, ?you see there?s only 2 mother$@&! working here?. This is exactly why I avoid these chainrestaurants. No respect, no customer service skills. Hiring rude, unmotivated people. I hope they get fired and hire people thatactually value having a job nowadays!! Read more
