I applied here for part time work, I was highly qualified having worked at a store for 3 years. The manager said once in late... October, and once in December that my uniform was on ?back order? and I never started. That same sheer incompetence carriesthrough when you order from a gigdelivery service or even go in. Just say you didn?t want me instead of lying like that. At thestart of the pandemic people could only order drive through, this is a pedestrian city even slightly in the suburbs and I had togo stand in the drive through like ?vroom vroom I?m a car?. Double check your orders!!! This place consistently always forgets items and at times an entire order. They just don't care,... judging from the service provided. It's not hard to get an order correct so I don't know why this place does it all the time.One or two times is no big deal, but over half the time is too much. UPDATE: Thought I would try this location once more, butafter this time no more. The employees here are god awful. They can't even get simple orders correct and can't even handle thegood and drinks properly. My drink almost filled all over me and the box I ordered didn't even come in a box and he itemsmissing (of course). Just avoid this place altogether and go somewhere else. This taco bell should be boarded up like it is in the picture. Didn't have all items on menu, no ice for soda machine and when... we asked employee they seemed upset we would ask. Overall poor experience, won't be back to this one again. Read more
I wish they had not removed the Mexican pizza. Typical taco bell restaurant with two self ordering stations. Good location and... lots of seating. Many of the tables were not cleaned and the staff seemed less concerned about it. Read more
The person at the drive through did not take my order until I called out 3 times!! She did not want to work, like she was doing... me a favor! Then I place my order and she did not give me a total or tell me to drive around. Then when I ask for sauce shetells me they don't have any!! They could have told me that before I placed my order. Was here a couple days ago, the young lady working the drive thru was very courteous. She actually said things like "thank you"... and "enjoy your morning." As customer service has fallen by the wayside at most places, especially fast food ones, this was areally refreshing experience and we appreciated her friendly service. Read more
