Would give them 0 stars if possible. A staff member ( young Hispanic girl in a bun) ignored me while in front of a sink to wash... 'employees hands' while on the phone. I asked if I could use their bathroom, they said no even if I'm a purchasing customer. The same girl passed me my food & rolled her eyes at me when I asked for my drink (which includes in the combo) . No iceprovided in the back or machine. Dirty fountain drink area. Get it together! Food is good here, management is pretty good. One girl who works here almost everyday is rude and super disrespectful towards... all the customers. She laughs at them when they ask for help or any other questions. She shouldn?t work here if she?s somiserable and wants to be so rude and hostile towards everyone who comes in. I?ve given this location chance after chance and tonight was the last straw. I got nachos and the chips were cooked in old oil.... Or they were stale. It was disgusting. This location is terrible. I live around the corner, and I order regularly. But my order takes at LEAST 2 hours every single... time. Every night I walk in the door, all I hear is "we've got a lot of tickets." Funny, because I only show up when the appsays my order is ready, and it never is. Additionally, orders after me get served before me every single time. Poor, POORmanagement. This place is a joke. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Read more
This Taco bell makes others feel like Heaven. They make you order at the kiosk wich is totally okay but then yelled at me for... ordering something they were sold out of but it only says sold out above their register that they don't use. Honestly shouldhave known better than going in because I've ordered there before for delivery and they refused to give my driver hot sauce forthe order. He was told it's not "allowed ". Read more
This is the absolute worst store I have ever dealt with, and I am usually pretty forgiving because I have been in this industry... for 30 yrs. I continue to try them every few months hoping they will finally get it together, but they only seem to get worse.This time I ordered 13 items and only received 11. 9 out of the 11 items were wrong! 9! I also asked for 10 fire, 10 hot, and 10mild, and once again received 0! At this point I know it's my own fault for holding out hope. Finally, I must say never again.what a shame and absolute joke. Let me start by saying I love Taco Bell. But for real, I love Taco Bell. Having said that, it is important that you know that... this is the Taco Bell where dreams die. This is the Taco Bell that uses unicorn meat in their tacos because they will take yourhappy anticipation of delicious food and turn it into something dark. They have clearly been trained by the CIA or other highlevel agency in ?enhanced? interrogation techniques. The first thing you?ll notice is that the restaurant is so hot, so, so veryhot that unless you are Bedouin you are already uncomfortable the moment you enter. Then no matter if there are fifty or zeropeople already by the registers you will need to commit some large chunk of time, which you will never get back, to standing inthe heat and trying to remain calm. After 20-25 minutes have passed you?ll be either notified that some key component of yourorder is not available or you?ll go to try and get a drink from the fountain machine that seems to have survived the zombieapocalypse and when you try to dispense your favorite soda all that springs forth is carbonated water. Quite honestly, qt thispoint the carbonation is a win. Go take your seat and eat what you can. So remember?.this Taco Bell is not for everyone it isonly for those that truly love Taco Bell. Anyone else may leave vowing never to enter any Taco Bell ever again. They will try tobreak your spirit but stay strong and support those sweaty patrons standing around you.
