I don't usually go out of my way to complain, and I hate to be a "Karen", but it has to be said. The work ethic of the... employees at this particular Taco Bell caused me secondhand embarrassment. Everyone moved with NO sense of urgency forANYTHING. We had customers next to us wait 50 minutes to receive a frozen Baja Blast. I swear I could watch paint dry fasterthan an employee could put a taco sauce packet in a bag. The staff were rude, slow, lazy, you name it. No one had any workethic or care around their work, and it caused customers to wait for literally an hour or more for a simple order. There was noacknowledgement to customers apologizing for the ridiculous wait time, no accountability by the manager to make his employeesmore engaged in their responsibilities, etc. It was infuriating to watch an entire staff of people care so little about theirwork and doing the right thing which should be to work hard at the job they get paid to do. I typically love Taco Bell, butthis particular location needs a culture overhaul. I would not recommend at all in current state. Read more
I ordered through the app. Was the only place open at the time in the area so they were busy, but handling it relatively well.... Giving them a solid rating because the place was calm and food was turning out quickly. Read more
Very rude customer service. Super messy. I get it was a late night rush. But We didn't get everything we ordered. And the... workers were clearly over it all. And blowing people off not really helping to answer questions. And kept swearing. Also Keptturning the lights off to get people to leave that was creepy. I will not be back here Read more
I give it a 1 star because that's the lowest possible. I've never had much more slower fast food in my life. Literally... everyone is complaining about how they have waiting for over 40 mins for their mediocre 'fast' food. There are 3 employees,however only one of them is back there making the orders. Not sure where to start but embarrassing place to say the least...Embarrassing that this place is even downtown. Not sure how... long it'll be in business. Messed up our orders, other customers were awful. Customer before us was waving her hair brusharound...Needs to be revamped and a whole new crew. Scary situation. We enjoyed the show! Two stars ???? The person helping us was rude and mean. Didn't want to hear or talk. He might have been exhausted and overwhelmed with work... but atleast treat customers with a smile. It wasn't a crowded place but the attitude was certainly not appreciated Read more

Just left this location 30 mins ago and got back to my hotel only to find that my order is incorrect. This is partially my... mistake for not checking my bag before I left the store. Especially, when hearing others before me having issues with theirorders. With as many peopl that were behind the counter, you would think there would be some form of organization. I had let thepoor customer service go, but after not receiving what paid for, I'm just irritated and needed to share my personal opinion.
