First time dining, I brought my daughter and her girlfriends for her birthday! Nice place however what got me was the random 20%... "Service fee" that apparently the entire staff takes advantage of when I only get one waitress. However was told I could stilltip my waitress. Well according to my $330 tab my service fee got my waitress $49 that she had to split with everyone thatclocked in that day, not my concern, I did however leave an extra $5. The girls had burgers and I had the Roasted Salmon dinnerwhich was amazing. I'd go back if I were in the area but only for take out. Read more

This restaurant was visually appealing to the eye. Location, location, location! The costumer service was impeccable. The food... was outstanding. Old school candy was available! I do think, however, that the food prices were high considering the type offood that Sugar Factory served so be prepared. Plus, there?s a 20% surcharge, but you are paying for the total experience.Nevertheless, we truly enjoyed ourselves! I love my new Sugar Factory cup! Read more

I mean definitely on the pricey side, but a fun experience. All the milkshakes were delicious, and the alcoholic drinks are very... delicious, but they cost $44. The chicken and waffles were super delicious, the breakfast burger with the waffles was reallyyummy as well, but for the price of kind of just makes it a touristy place. Should at least go one time in your life! Read more

Don?t go here for the food you?ll be disappointed. Go here because you want to go somewhere different and have some fun. I?d say... the target appreciated age group for this place is 6-15 so a great place to take the kids. No way I?d take my wife here! I?dcompare it to going to Chuck E. Cheese expecting good food! Lots of people complaining about price. I didn?t find the pricesabsurd. Your not paying for fine dining your paying for an experience. I?d compare the food to Applebees but double the pricebecause your basically getting dinner and a show in downtown Chicago. Our waitress was pretty good, the hostess (3 girls ontheir phones) are probably not who I?d want my customers first point of contact but I get today we hire anyone that will work. If taking your teenage daughter you?ll love the experience. If taking your wife you?ll be disappointed. Plan on spending aminimum of $50/person and the 20% tip is auto added. Read more

We made reservations online for 5:30 but were able to get in a little earlier, which was great! Excellent service, yummy... food/drinks, and fun atmosphere. We spent about $250 total, they also add a 20% service fee. We were already aware of thathowever I just wanted to mention this for those who may not be familiar. Fun experience for adults and children. Read more

Not sure where to begin but if the service was not good we would have walked out. Everything took forever to come out so order... appetizers and be prepared for a wait. I ordered a steak (I asked for medium) it was tough and the high amount of salt raised myblood pressure like 35 points. My wife ordered a salad it was very bland. The chicken and waffles were excellent. My son orderedthe burger and we thought it was good. After the steak I was still very hungry so how can you mess up a turkey club? It was goodbut it had an enormous amount of bread. The drinks are not strong and very watered down. In conclusion this is more like anexperience and a place for little girls to be seen and appreciate. For the money I can think of a bunch of other places tovisit. Read more
