I had forgotten to eat lunch. But after grocery shopping at Mariano's. It was getting late so, I stopped in because I didn't... know that Jimmy John's closed at 6 P.M.? But Subway was open and the time is 7:16 P.M. So No lunch it's dinner time. Oh well, Ileft the Subway coupon's at home. But I decided to make a Philly Steak Sub. I bought the 12" inch Steak & Cheese on a Herb &Cheese got it toasted. Then I ruined it or put a healthy kick to it? I had her add few Green Peppers on the steak, then add theprovolone cheese. Yumm! But she said did you want anything else? I should of said No! But I added Spinach, Black Olives,4-Tomatoes Slices, then Pickles. So, Pickles are so good on all sandwiches. My right side of my mind is thinking LUNCH!! My leftis saying it's DINNER TIME!! It was so tasty I bought 2 cookies Macadamian with White Chocolate Chips. Yep, I was happilyhungry!! Buyer beware. Bought 2 salads for pickup. Filled a quarter of the container. I called, they said they only put the veggies for a... 6" sub. So basically they take a $3.50 sub, throw away the bread and charge you $6.50. Absolute ripoff. They said the managerwould call me, never did. Potbelly is just down the street. Read more
Subway is okay for a healthy sort of option. But I would rather eat at Subway than at McDonald's. McDonald's food is extremely... unhealthy. And McDonald's charges $0.50 for a slice of tomato and and $0.40 for a leaf lettuce. So they make it harder to makean unhealthy food a healthy meal. At least Subway includes tomato lettuce and other veggies as a standard option on all theirsandwiches. Excellent service and delicious sandwiches. The meat is fresh and the flavors pop and the sauces taste vibrant and zesty. Very... clean and the staff is very friendly, respectful and time efficient. Small corner chain of the sandwich restaurant on a one-waycul-de-sac with tight parking. Great for a quick stop on a sunny day. If you plan on dining in commuting or walking is a betterchoice. I arrived at 9:43. Their posted closing time is 10. After receiving and paying for my food, I tried to sit down. The worker... shouted, "No, no! You must leave! I am shut down!"
