The customer service is not the best but if you want a quick sandwich you get what you pay for.

If I could give zero stars I would. They took our order online, at 902pm, acknowledged it, put it as order being prepared. Door... dash came to the store to pick up and they were closed! They refuse to refund our money. They will not let us talk to amanager?.cooperate said they can?t force a refund. They took our money and never made the sandwiches for us!! This is the worst Subway not only in Chicago but the entire nation. Employees are lazy and rude. There are so cheap on... everything on the sandwich. The bread is never fresh. I ordered soup came back to my office and it was cold. I came back after 6months to try to see if they changed. Nope. Will never come back to this location again! Sticking with 106th. Bread was either burnt or stale. Had to keep repeating... everything non stop bc they were in such a rush and sloppy!
