Didn't care for having to have the Cashier hand us napkins one by one from a dispenser behind the counter. You know, the Cashier... that's handling the money. Health Dept. should require a change. Read more

False advertising. Tried to charge me extra for avocado on a sandwich that comes with avocado. Then they didn?t even give me... avocado. SMH. Skip this one. The manager guy is super rude. I should have read the reviews first. Read more

Just visited, one girl got an attitude and started speaking in Spanish to other girl when I asked to have my sandwich heated... which I know I mentioned cause she remembered to not add any cheese. Because of their energies, I decided..let me pay so whenit's done I can leave. The chick at cashier, Mara was watching some Tik Tok video on cell phone, anyway I paid her and she gaveme my change. She then wraps up my sandwich WITHOUT gloves, I mentioned it to her she just sucked her teeth. You don't mess withfood after dealing with money. I decided to throw away the sub after I left. Believe it or not I was actually looking forward tomy cold cut sub especially since the last time I visited was before COVID. It's not even 8am yet...maybe they should work nightsor something or whenever they 'feel' like being at work. I should've read reviews first...I see I'm not the only one that had abad experience at this establishment. Read more

The guy I believe is the manager (working the register on 9/12) was rude as could be. He just stood around, bossing around the... harder working women that were making the sandwiches. Then he would occasionally turn to the register and say something snarky.A complete jerk. Read more

Terrible service, cashier or manager had a terrible attitude and super rude. Would not recommend, an elderly couple in front of... us was struggling to turn in a voucher and she refused to help as she was on her cellphone. I was able to see her name tag(Golden) in hope of reporting her to the owner But apparently their phone does not work. This was one of the worst experiencesI?ve ever had. We travel frequently and I will never go back I hope the owners realize that this is not okay. Read more

I would give zero if I could. Very rude employees. I was charged an extra soda and only realized when I sat down to eat. Decided... to grab another soda instead of asking for refund since they were super busy, the cashier yelled at my husband for gettinganother drink without talking to him first, even though it was his fault for charging an extra one. He was super rude and didn?teven apologized for his mistake. We are frequent travelers and won?t be going back to this location. I work in retail and beingbusy and stressed out is not an excuse for a behavior like that. Read more

Was told "we're closed" but the sign says 8:30 PM. Wont be coming here anymore while traveling. Rude employees. If you don't... like your job, work somewhere else. Read more
