This review is subject to change. I made a visit to the location at around 10:30 PM and placed a mobile order in advance. The... order was paid for, acknowledged as received and being made. I was waiting in my car and noticed it was taking awhile so Iwalked into the establishment. I let the employee know that I had a mobile order. The employee, who I assumed was the manager,told me that mobile orders were not available at the location (?????). I showed him that it was received and was being "made"but he insisted that mobile orders can't be done and nothing pulled up on the system. Initially, I believed he asked me what Igot so he can make it free of charge (there was a thick accent so a small language barrier, but it worked out. Once he made it,he made me pay again despite showing that I was charged through the app. I was in a hurry so decided to just pay. He let mewrite my name and number so he (what I assume) can call me back and work out a refund. I'm really hoping this is the casebecause I was pretty irritated when I needed to pay twice. Told the guy footling meatball marinara and gave me a 6in they I told him I said footling and he said Ill have to charge you for... 2 6in subs. Placed an order online for delivery, as soon as I got the confirmation email, I also received an email confirmation that said my... order was CANCELED. I called and asked what happened, these employees refused to take responsibility and told me that it wasvoided. They took my money and did not refund me for the void. They said I had to call my bank because my card was the issue.Called my bank, they fixed the charge because GUESS WHAT, my card wasn?t the issue.
