I see I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with this subway, i have had several times with this particular one,... but today finally y had with the same Hispanic lady (i am Hispanic myself as well) that usually works in the night shift. I haveignored the previous bad experiences because thinking to myself she's probably having a bad day and I don't want anyone to losetheir job but I see sometime they just don't care , so I'll start with first bad experience I asked for a mix chopped salad sherefused and over all with a bad attitudes stating "no subways do this anymore" when there is a couple of subways by my work andon my way home where I usually stop on my way home, but this location here on the corner of Central and archer is literally 2blocks away, and before I was driving all the way to either Harlem and archer or 63 and Narragansett, but then i thought shewould no longer be there so i decided to go back give it another try, but guess what surprise she is still there and with thesame bad attitude, anyways 2 time with her I arrive half an hour before closing and she was already locking the door saying theywere closing, and i asked nicely but your website say 10pm why are you closing at 9:30pm? she said we have no more food! 3rdtime this time I asked for a sandwich and she's just grabbing the food and throwing it on the bread like if she was mad at theworld. Finally tonight what triggered my anger was I asked her for a bread and with a really bad attitude she said i don't havethat you want wheat or what that all i have, and i get it but it was the way she said it like almost like saying if you want itif not don't eat, then at the same time there is another lady not Hispanic though with her and i don't know what she whisperedto her but they both looked at me made a face like making fun of me then the chuckled and smiled at each other. i mean wherethe good customer service is we are paying you to keep the business "your job " up and running Read more
Never open on time if they can't open at 7am they should change the hours of operation.
First they had no Italian bread with cheese and herb. Then they are selling expired bottled drinks. Then laughed about it with... another customer, as if I didn?t speak the language. They don?t deserve any stars. Don?t eat here. If you get a drink PLEASEcheck the expiration date seriously. Today is the 12th of September. Read more
This subway location did not have Black Forest ham nor turkey breast I will not be coming here and when I asked the Hispanic... lady what she had she gave me an attitude and was not helpful at all. Got there at 7:10 this morning. They WERE NOT OPEN at 7am. Lights were off, as if they were either too afraid to work at 7am or... were hiding out back.
