Store decided to make their own hours and close at 8:00pm instead of 9:00pm on a Monday telling me that the sign on the door is... incorrect and google is incorrect and I needed to leave because the last hour is to clean. I have never had such a poorexperience in Subway in my life and will be reaching out to corporate. Don?t go here! Poor service!!!! Read more

Subway is gust great overall, but the service at this location sucked. When I walked in the lady looked at me then went back to... talking with her coeworker until she eventually came to help me (only customer there) she tried to speak Spanish to methroughout the ordering process, which i do not speek, then conversed with the first lady so idk if she was talking to me ornot. Then at the end barely folded my sandwich so it was a mess opeing it upi. When there again, same lady cooked my sandwichfor less time than other customers and ignoted my request gor easy on the spinach and buried my sandwich under parmesan andoregano! I think its time for new staff at this location. Read more
The service staff is extremely rude. I had placed and online order and I reached about 10 minutes early than the order pick up... time. The server asked me to wait outside the shop while he deals with other customer's and he will then prepare my order. Thesewere his actual words. After some time, there were a few other customers who entered the store and he was acting reallypatiently with them. This behavior is just not acceptable. Being a regular patron of Subway, this store has just tarnished thequality and service that upholds Subway. I have found a better and store which is just at a 2 minute walking distance from thisSubway. The servers there were polite and they prepared the Subway really well. The lady that was there around 11:05 am today, not the lady with the tattoos but the other lady gave me a bad sandwich. It was... falling apart after she cut it. ???? it was awful. (Picture is attached so everyone can see what I got.) Read more
Overcharged me and I didn't notice until I was gone. Owner or manager, named Manoj, emailed me and offered to resolve the... problem the next time I'm in the store. The next time I was at the store, the lady I spoke to tried to put me on her cell phonewith someone I couldn't understand and then said that they couldn't refund me unless I come back 4.5hrs later. I wassuspicious, so I tried emailing Majoj to sort this out and didn't receive any reply after several days. I eventually calledcorporate and they compensated me. On an earlier occasion, this restaurant was selling fountain drinks while the ice machinewas out of ice. A few customers were trying to get ice and I let the staff know. One of the staff walked to the back appearingto be working on the issue and then returned to make sandwiches without saying anything about the ice. While we waited, theycontinued to sell fountain drinks without warning that there is no ice. I asked staff again and was told to "just keep trying". I think that everyone waiting chose to leave with no ice as opposed to trying to deal with the staff. Read more
The lady that took my order today April 23 2017 at 7pm was talking on the cellphone while making my sandwich, she didn't asked... if i wanted cheese, she just put whatever she wanted, and did not gave me my change back i was waiting for my chance andreceipt and she just look at me and said its okay okay and left to the back of the place. The services was extremely slow and THEY had two (FOOD PREPS) SERVERS waiting on the same customer when there was another person... and I waiting to be served in line. The dishes which housed the meat were maintained in a very messy sloppy fashion. I came into order the roasted chicken sandwich and the roasted chicken looked like it had seen better days. So after waiting for at leastten minutes and seeing the chicken, plus watching the guy take forever putting some soup in a cup for the same customer he andanother server was helping I LEFT and took my money elsewhere!!! This location is much smaller than the newer location just upthe street and around the corner. The place was extremely tidy and clean but it might have something to do with no one coming(HAD SOME CUSTOMERS IN THERE YESTERDAY SITTING IN THE CORNER) in there to eat. Read more
