Really not good, because of the people. As an ex food service worker, I empathize a lot with industry folks. But this place is... always slow and rude. Denying simple ingredients that are sitting right there. Then yelling at me as if my request for egg isabsurd. Luckily there are 2+ other subways in a block or two. Today is veterans Day and this chain is suppose to be offering free sandwiches! Veterans please stay away! Especially this store... at Millennium station! Very Rude to Veterans! Didn't want to give the free sandwich! Had me stand and wait twenty minutes forowner to be rude! Didn't want to give the store # or cooperate # so could report how rude they where! Well for starters I was told in the email I received upon acing an online order to go directly to the cash register when I... arrived. I did that and politely told the older man working there my name & I was there to pick up my food. He yelled at me wehave no mustard! So I replied, that's fine. When he showed me the receipt he said there's no tuna. I looked at knowing I doublechecked my order before placing it and saw tuna.. Along with everything else I ordered. He yelled at me again nd said he has along line (the customer next me even said that wasn't true) and I should have gotten in line. I told him I was picking up & wastold to bypass the line in my email from Subway. So finally he starts to give the lady next to me her food and she told him,take care of her she needs to get back to work. (I was in uniform wearing a suit at that) I get my food FINALLY... Get back towork and the tuna is in fact there but on the wrong sandwich. And the one the tuna was suppose to be on didn't have no meat. Worst Subway ever!! I was 3rd in line and it took 18 minutes to make our sandwiches with 2 very old men running the sandwich... line. The guy wrapped up my sandwich before I was even done with my order. Then they tell me they don't accept coupons from theapp, and charged us for two 6 inch sandwiches rather than a foot long even though they were the same sandwich. I even had to askfor napkins since they didn't put any in the bag. Read more
Just walked in to the woman manager or owner screaming at the top of her lungs "you are a liar" over and over to an employee. ... The staff out front were cringing and customers got up and left. Worst employee/manager interaction I have ever witnessed. Idon't care what happened, you don't treat a human being that way. I left and will never go back. You should be ashamed ofyourself. Read more
