I was awaiting my Lyft which was going to be a 10-15 minute wait. I was both hungry for a fresh sandwich and needed to use the... bathroom. I spotted Subway and immediately started thinking about a Cold Cut Trio sandwich off of their menu. However, there wasstill the issue of needing to use the bathroom so I decided to make my way there first. As soon as I walked in and motionedtoward the bathroom, the owners (I assume they were the owners) possibly a husband and wife or just business partners stopped meand said customers can only use the bathroom. I said, no problem, I?m getting ready to order but I?ve been holding off thebathroom for a while and needed to use it. They stated I needed to buy first and then I could use it. That was very unreasonableand terrible customer service. I passed a Starbucks and a cafe on the way there. If I wanted to just use the bathroom, I wouldhave went to those places. Anyways, I stated that I was a customer and preparing to order but they still said I need to buyfirst! After that harassment and judgement, I decided that I did not want to patronize that establishment anymore and left. Inever got a chance to try out their food because the experience with them was socially unacceptable! There were other ways tohandle that situation than telling me to buy first then use the bathroom. They could have simply asked me what my intentionswere. I would never take the chance of losing a customer just because I assumed he/she are there only to use the bathroom. Iwould have asked first. Like a lot of reviews here, I have to say this is the worst Subway I?ve been to. Usually, Subway service varies from ?ok? to... exceptional, with this place the first exception. Pretty much every negative comment here covered my experience. Right off thebat I felt like the prices seemed slightly higher than other Subways I?ve been to even though there is a sign that reads ?Newlower prices?, or something along those lines. Whatever, what?s a few cents, anyway? Things didn?t get bad until the sandwichstarted being made. I look over and see that the veggies don?t look that fresh, but that too, I brush off. I ordered the bacon,egg and cheese and it seemed like that?s all she wanted me to have. Every time I ordered an ingredient, she would throw in apinch of it and then ask if that?s it. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It was clear she is conditioned, either by her own stingy desires, orby upper management, to try and stop the customers from putting more ingredients, thus reducing the need to resupply. I had toask for more about 3 times per ingredient to get close to the standard amount I?ve seen them put before. Then, I know when theyput bacon, they always put 4 pieces. I look over and saw that someone previously took it upon themselves to split the baconpieces into halves or thirds. I basically got like 1 1/2 pieces of bacon for a foot long. When I got my sandwich, I was allsmooshed and not appetizing at all. I think she also asked like 3 times if I wanted a meal or cookies even though I kept sayingno. Nice lady, but horrible experience. Cheaping out might save you a couple bucks, but it makes you lose customers. Nevercoming back to this Subway again. Read more

This is the worst subway I have been in. Girl tosses food into the sandwich with no organization whatsoever.. doesn't understand... what you say . Out of the Italian herbs and cheese bread and we are only half way through the daym. The bathroom is disgusting. The women's restroom is not even available, my wife had to go in the men's room. They are out of tea, the point system on thesubway card cannot be added and they say our card is not active.. been using this card for 2 months and never had an issue alsothey recognize there are points on it but don't want to add. Lastly the lady is using the same gloves for everyone and nevertosses them out for all the people after us. But in the back she is cutting vegetables bare hands no gloves.. . While makingthe sandwich every Ingredient is followed by what else what else , is that it? What else.. .. doesn't want to give us the freedrink coupon we had and also wanted to chargecfor the veggie delight 6.99 where everywhere else its 5 dollars.. claims itsdowntown location thats why! Worst customer service ever! Ordered a steak with no cheese. Had barely a half a scoop of steak, 3 onion strings. Got to the... register and handed him a text coupon. Said $3 for ANY sub. They capitalized ANY! Owner yells at me and tells me I should haveshown him the coupon before, my sub is premium. "Sir, the coupon says ANY, not ANY Regular." He says to me, "well every store isdifferent, this doesn't even cover my cost why would I give it for $3?" Really sir, is it my problem that subway put out acoupon for any sub? Subway is my go to, and unfortunately, this is the worst subway I've ever visited. Staff barley speaks English, if you don't say... anything about the minimal toppings they put on your sub, you'll be biting into more bread than you do meat, veggies, cheese,etc. Manager was behind the register and tried to ring me up $9.67 for a $5.75(+tax) foot long! Ive had similar experiences ontwo separate occasions.There are better options in the area if you're hungry; this Subway is not worth the trip. Read more

Good friendly people. The toppings are definitely more expensive than any other subway I've eaten at. A veggie delite with 1veg... patty costs as much here as the same sandwich with 2 veg patties at other subways. Ask for a punch card if you come here often. Not sure if you should get 2punches on your card if you buy a footlong. They don't look too happy when giving out free cookiesif you take the subway survey and get the free cookie code. Read more
