just horrible customer service here. I get they are crazy busy and i have no problem with being rushed, but come on. staff is... rude and act like they don't understand what you are ordering. the one employee who was helpful was stressed out to the max andseemed annoyed by her manager's foolishness. and the foolishness being...certain employees seem obvious and this subway doesn'tallow you to add bacon or any extras to a kid's sandwich. what does it matter what size sandwich it's going on if I am payingextra for it anyway? makes no sense. we haven't had this problem at other subways. i ended up ordering a full sandwich for my 5year old who didn't finish it and had to ask them to heat the bacon. who wants cold bacon? I gave 2 stars because my son saidhis sandwich tasted good. if my kid didn't have a dairy allergy, we would pick a different restaurant at Northwestern. Read more

This is a great place for quick and healthy meals. My family has food from here at least once a week.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered from here at 8:45PM online for a 9:30PM pick up, went to get my order at that... time and it wasn't made! I asked the employee and he said they never got it. I asked if it was anyway to search using my ordernumber as I'm showing him my order confirmation on my phone and he has no idea what I'm talking about. He calls the manager whospeaks even less English and he has no idea what I'm talking about either. How is it possible to serve someone in the UnitedStates knowing little to no English? Needless to say, I never got my order and I am awaiting my refund. I will NEVER visit thislocation again and starting to question the work ethics behind the company, franchise or not!!!! Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would, very dissatisfied with my service. I come to this subway often bc, it?s... convenient since I work in the build. 1st off They never change their gloves, cross contaminating foods, not everyone can eatmeat. Once you touch meat you?re suppose to change you?re gloves before touching anything else. I?ve been ordering lots of chiliand soup. The soups and chili is NEVER hot, I always have to request for my soups and chili to be heated extra hot because it?snot even hot to start with. I always receive so much push back from this one particular staff member when I request for my chilito be heat extra. Their customer service suck and they need to do better. You?re inside a hospital not everyone is here for agood reason. The young lady who assisted me to refused to provide her name after I asked multiple times. As a customer toshouldn?t have to receive push back for requesting what you?re paying for. I wouldn?t recommend this location to anyone. VeryPOOR service. Read more

I oder with doordash and everytime I order from this location the oder is always wrong and not in a small way. If you order a... footlong chicken bacon ranch be ready to recieve a 6 inch steak and cheese instead. This is a constant theme from this location.Not recommended never go to this subway. Read more

They don't listen! They never warm the chicken all the way. Don't like to wash their hands. They live to rush through your... sandwich and give you things you never asked for them look at you crazy when you say udwi. And the manager says they can't makeit over so u HV 2 pay for that to Read more

One of the persons in the staff was especially ignorant and rude at this hour. He was making all sandwiches for all customers... ahead of me and suddenly refuses to make mine. He has a history of being rude and unprofessional here and i have even noticedracist undertones in his comments. He?s just disgraceful. Today was a terrible experience when I felt harassed at the hands ofthe same gentleman. My sandwich took so much time today and it was even put behind in the line just because this person wantedto. Amazing how one bad apple can affect the brand experience. Read more
