Went in the other night and ordered a 6" turkey. The employee put 2 pieces of meat on the bread then spread them out to make it... look as full as possible. He then asked me if I wanted cheese. I asked him why there were only 2 pieces of turkey instead ofthe standard 4 pieces that you will find at any Subway. He told me that's what his boss instructed him to do. When I objectedhe said "okay, I can give you 3 pieces". I said the store is ripping off the customer charging what every other Subway chargesbut providing less meat. I understand that in the current state of the economy with supply chain issues and soaring costsbusinesses are looking for ways to cut expenses. The thing I find concerning is that if this store is willing to gyp thecustomer in a fairly blatant way by short changing them on the meat products what else are they doing behind the scenes to cutcorners? Typical Subway. But two things are different. It's a lot cleaner. And it's open 24 hours. The one nice thing is for... Vegetarians, Subway is great. The bread stinks, so I usually get the flat bread. All in all, this and Taco Bell have been verygood to Vegetarians. Read more
Obviously needs more than 1 employee after 10 o clock...I wanted a six inch but was told that I had to wait 10 minutes for her... to do a large online order. Ummmm maybe do the customers in front of you before orders that are not being picked up yet. Plusshe said she had no time to prep lettuce for the people in front of me so all in all she lost 3 customers due to poor timemanagement skills. Read more
What a worst veggie subway. Today i went to this subway around 9:15pm, i was there around 30mins. The guy was working alone... another staff and as busy with her phone. I gave order to make veggie subway and he put little bit stuff in burger. When i toldhim to put proper stuff in subway that time he told me something in his own language. Please you guys have camera on top of thecounter. So please check it out properly. And also provide a stuff as per the price. Thanks for your service. Read more
The staff at this Subway were extremely unprofessional during my last visit. The young lady behind the counter making the... sandwiches had a very bad attitude, acted as if she didn't want to be there, and felt as if she could speak to anyone any kindof way. When I asked her how long a particular protein had been out (when she said it wasn't hot but "warm", her answer was"since I've been here". Uh....like I know how long you've been working there today! When I asked her to put light seasoning onmy sandwiches, she dumped a ton of it on there anyway, not listening to what I asked her. I definitely will not be coming backto this Subway. Read more
Would give lower rating if I had the option too. Walked in no one was up front, out comes a lady, she had no name tag and seemed... very irritated to serve me. I started to speak and she interrupted to inform me that she greeted me and I should order. Gave mefar less Meat and toppings than any other subway I have ever been too. Food quality poor. Staff rude and not appearing to enjoyanyone coming in to order. Will not go to this location again. Read more
We go to this location from time to time and, honestly, the customer service is always good. Our sandwiches were packed out and... made exactly to order. This subway is pretty great, the employees are super nice and they are very quick at making your sub. Itwas honestly the best sub I've ever had. I had to pullover to eat. Fresh ingredients and always super clean. The staff were verypatient with this customer, who typically doesn't go to Subway. Can't say the same about many other locations near this one.Totally recommend this store. Read more
