Cheapest footlong sub is $9, they don't have specials or honor coupons. No free refils. Go to a different subway.
they don't honor coupons. also, they don't put much on the sandwich. very skimpy.
I work in the same building (500 W. Madison) and I gladly walk over the Subway on Clinton street to get my subs, instead of this... store. The subs here are made hastily and soups are watered down so much that you cannot avoid feeling ripped-off. Read more

I am a vegetarian and do not appreciate subway workers not changing gloves after making meat sandwiches. Any time i point this... out to them and ask them to change their gloves they frown, give me this disgusted look and on most occasions just toss mysandwich aside and ask someone else to make it. I must have visited atleast 15subways in the last 2years and this is by far theworst. Being a vegetarian and expecting some basic subway etiquettes from these folks seems to overwhelm them.. If I could put negative stars I would, this review is long overdue. You ALWAYS have to ask for more on your sandwich or salad,... they are stingy (actually counting the portions out). I just paid $13 for a half bowl of a sad looking salad, and a little cupof soup. Pathetic. Used to go here a lot, looked past it, but never again. Read more
