Everything is good whenever I go but half the time I show up at the store it?s closed for no reason and without warning
Lazy workers lie about their oven is broken. Disgusting Place!
Similar to other posts, not open multiple times during listed hours.
When I came to this place was around 1pm, they weren't open. I waited for about 20 minutes because I already had paid the meter.... When I went in, their bathrooms were "not in service", even though I was a paying customer. I decided to give it another chancebecause I'm a business owner as well, but same thing happened. They weren't open, this time it was 10am, I had to wait because Iwas meeting a customer around this area. I waited 30 mins this time, still their bathroom out of service. Definitely not comingback. I like this Subway because they have fresh, tasty veggies & the staff is super nice, friendly, & fast. But they?re ALWAYS... closed. The hours on the door say open till 10, but they?re usually closed by 5 & often close in the middle of the day. May bedue to understaffing from the pandemic. Read more
Whoever is working closes this location whenever they want. I?ve went to go get a sandwich twice in the past 2 weeks and I get... there and the first time there was a sign on the door that says ?sorry be back in 20 minutes? I waited for 35, no one came. Thentoday I get there at 4:30 pm and there?s a sign that says ?closing at 2 today, sorry?. Definitely will never be going back. Read more
I used to eat at this Subway once or a twice a week. Today they ran out of plastic water cups and told me I couldn?t have a... regular cup to get tap water from the fountain. Sorry but I?m not buying a cup simply because your location failed to beproperly stocked up on plastic water cups. Extremely poor business decision. Stopped in here after class and I was appalled at how bad the customer service was! I was not even greeted to have my order... taken and what should?ve taken a couple minutes to place an order and receive it took double the time because of how slow he wasmoving. I was surprised the worker had to look up at the menu when we asked for ?two cookies? and he told us it was ?one andone?, well? yeah duh that?s two!! I think this establishment needs a new employee because the one who took my order clearly doesnot have the skills to work for this job. Read more
