Unfortunately there was no veg Patties. Instead ate Veggi. Was spicy (they customise it as per customers wish), stuffed with... fresh vegetables and fills the stomach! Read more

I ordered a Spicy Italian sub with turkey (total: $6.29). Instead, they rung me up for a turkey sandwich which has a higher base... price and then proceeded to charge an additional line item for extra turkey (despite already charging me for a base turkeysandwich I did not order) and the additional individual items of a Spicy Italian sub (total: $9.38). Their reasoning was thattheir system did not have the functionality to charge for a basic Spicy Italian sub, so they had to ring up a base turkeysandwich, then charge for extra turkey, and then charge for what would consist of a Spicy Italian sub. Anyway, it just seemslike they are unnecessarily charging more during the lunch rush in the hopes that no one notices, which is not a very nice thingto do to people. Read more

Because I drive a lot I often stop at random restaurants for a bite. Today I stopped at subways located across from target and... close to the yolk on McClurg. The sandwich was fairly good but the serving size was ridiculously small. The server placed twoof each items on my sandwich and a dab of veggies. After she made my sandwich I asked if placing one or two items was taught toher and she responded I wanted to do that. I laughed and walk away. Additionally, proper hygiene is not fully practiced as theserver tuned her nose and went to put on a glove. I just started my vegetarian journey and if I have to pay extra I will but Ilike my sandwich to have enough lettuce and spinach and you want that subway on McClurg is not the place for that. Therefore Iwon't revisit. Sorry I ate my sandwich then I decided to give a review.. Read more

Your staff knows very well how to charge for extra cheese but they have no clue how to charge for meal deal and they ended up... charging me individually for each item. I asked them countless time to make a meal and after Billing I challenged and cashierwas adamant she is right and too smart to be educated Ridiculous store , long lines, zero courtesy, bad behaved staff andeveryone is non sense. Came in at a time no other customers were present. Only guy at the counter was busy at the register, didn?t acknowledge me and... spent over a couple of minutes at the register before coming over to take my order. When he did finally take my order, heskimped out on me, only giving me two eggs and 2 slices of cheese on a foot long sandwich. I noted that two thirds of thesandwich was empty and that my subway sandwich from the same location just a day prior was much more full. He said this wasstandard and that any more would cost extra all while having a bad attitude. Read more

The worst customer service. As you access the shop, the staff will talk about you in indian language between each other in a... loud voice and ignore you while making the order. They make fight with any customer access to the shop. When you choose what youwant in a sandwich, they will have a debate with you. They have angry faces when you just access the shop that makes you get outimmediately. Bad behavior. No management that observes that no one access the shop due to the indian staff behavior!!! THEY LOST MY BUSINESS RUINED MY ORDER AND REFUSED A REFUND So for months I have been eating here via grubhub with no issues... what so ever. I had my SAME usual sandwich (black forest same footlong) Today I took a couple of bites and COULD NOT BREATHE Igot so sick I ran to the bathroom I discovered (see attached pics) they ADDED PEPPERS to my order The grub hub lady had a longtalk with the manager who refused to refund despite me being a person that ordered this sandwich (7) times in the last 3months They argued it was salt and pepper IF that was the case why didn't I complain the other 6 times??
