Unreliable service/hour, rude staff, doesn?t not operate at the hours it promised. This location suppose to open from 7am-10pm... during the week. That?s what it says on google maps and their door. I stopped by at 8:30am and it?s still closed. When I callthe store. The clerk said ?it opens when I open the door? and hung up on me. He should?ve come to me and said ?I?m sorry we arerunning a little late. Please come back in # of minutes?. He didn?t realize his response is rude and unprofessional. I waitedfor 10 more minutes and left. If you come at the beginning and the end of the day, be prepared to be locked out. Read more

Great service. They need to pay attention to detail when ordering online. If you do order online you should also call and... confirm ur order. I order online 85% of the time and lately they forget to put cheese or toast the sandwich. I try to go to thestore as much as I can and order, but I only get 1/2 hour for lunch. The app is very convenient for me. Read more

Saddest experience at a resturant I have ever had, went to the zoo with my disabled parents, they decided we would go to Subway.... Walked over to this sorry excuse for customer service I have ever experienced. I was spoke to as if I was homeless, told ifyoure not buying anything get out way before I even got to the Sneeze gaurd order area. This happened at around 415pm on sunjune 3rd 2018, I really will not be eating at that location, I also will let all my postal employee co workers how these peopletreat the disabled. That heavyset guy should be fired 100000000%, and maybe put someone behind the counter that likes beingemployed in a customer service based job. Read more

This is an excellent Subway. Don't be fooled by 3 year old reviews. The place has free WiFi and it works as well as a Starbucks... with Google WiFi access. I usually get chopped salads but the occasional sandwich has always been made with care and to myspecifications. It's been under new management for about 10 months now and is one my favorites in this neighborhood. This is notthe Subway which was run be previous owners who were an atrocious bunch. This is run by a very competent and business friendlyowner. You couldn't ask for a more agreeable atmosphere. Read more
