I understand lunch time is a very busy time but the ladies behind the counter need to slow down and LISTEN to what the customers... are asking for on their sandwich. They got several orders mixed up and wrong because they're not paying attention to whatthey're doing. Don't give us attitude when we call you out on your horrible job performance. Around 9m on the 31st of July, the server refused to provide the wrapping paper and complimentary water cup because they were... running low on stocks, which I understand happens at the end of the day. But then I asked the server to cut my footlong with akitchen knife that was right in front, they refused to do that too, claiming it had already been cut(P.S. Sometimes they get my order done quick and I'm in and out. Other times, I'm leaving with a sandwich not to my liking. They never... put enough spinach. I never ask for lettuce so my substitute is spinach. I always have to ask for extra twice and even then it'sstill not enough. I see you have two big tins of it so why can't you just give me what I want? There been times when they passit onto the last person and she doesn't even ask if I want anything else on it. Subway is the absolute worst. Their multigrain bread tastes like cardboard. Their tuna leaves the worst taste in your mouth. How... can you mess up a tuna sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. I was feeling like death, but eating this garbage at least gave meenergy because I was so angry about it. Read more

STAY AWAY! Terrible service, they whisper expecting you to hear them, they throw your food around. It is quite tricky, but the Subway is inside the UIC Student Center East building. There is a food court which is called the... Inner Circle. It also has Wendy's. So if you are looking for it, just ask where the Inner circle is. Read more
